Symptom
In some cases, access to outlook.office365.com is denied and an error page appears in your browser:

A directive will need to be inserted to resolve this issue.
If you have an SSL module, you will need to contact us to perform this operation.
- Go to the Proxy Cache QoS > HTTP > Configuration page. In the Manual Configuration section, fill in the Before Authentication field. If you do not have the Proxy Cache QoS option, the page is located at the following address: Settings > HTTP Proxy > Configuration.
- Insert: forward_max_tries 25
