Symptom

All or some users are missing from their group after synchronization with the directory.

Background

When you synchronize Olfeo with your directory, it will list the users in the groups you have chosen to synchronize (right-hand column).

When Olfeo encounters the same user multiple times in different groups, it will place that user only in the first group in which it encountered them. This ensures that the user will not be present in multiple groups (which would cause inconsistencies in policy enforcement).

Steps

To resolve this issue, either move the affected groups up or down in the column to choose which group the duplicate users will belong to, or reorganize the directory by creating, if necessary, one or more groups dedicated to synchronization with Olfeo.
